Brentwood Pharmacy is licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia and operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of the province of British Columbia, Canada.
Our services are intended exclusively for individuals residing within the province of British Columbia. All clinical services, including but not limited to prescription dispensing, consultations, and vaccinations, are provided to patients within British Columbia only. We do not ship prescription medications or provide clinical services outside of British Columbia.
Brentwood Pharmacy offers a range of professional products and services. The information provided on this Website is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Prescription Services: We offer prescription filling and refills. All prescriptions must be valid and issued by a healthcare provider licensed to practice in a Canadian province or territory. Our pharmacists reserve the right to verify any prescription with the prescriber and may refuse to fill a prescription if its authenticity cannot be confirmed or if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
Compounding Services: We provide customized medication compounding based on valid prescriptions. Compounded medications are prepared in compliance with provincial and federal standards. As these are tailored to individual needs, they may not have undergone the same regulatory approval process as commercially manufactured products.
Vaccination Services: We provide various vaccinations subject to vaccine availability and a patient's eligibility based on current provincial health guidelines. Patients are required to provide accurate health information to ensure safe administration.
Minor Ailment Consultation: Our licensed pharmacists are authorized to consult and, where appropriate, prescribe for certain minor ailments as defined by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. This service does not replace a comprehensive diagnosis from a physician. Our pharmacists will use their professional judgment to refer patients to other healthcare providers when necessary.
Telehealth Appointment Making: We may assist in scheduling telehealth appointments with third-party healthcare professionals. Brentwood Pharmacy is not responsible for the clinical services, advice, or outcomes of any such telehealth consultation.
Brentwood Pharmacy offers an online prescription filling service with options for local delivery and provincial shipping.
Original Prescription Required: The original copy of your prescription must be received by the pharmacy before medications can be dispensed for pickup or delivery.
Local Delivery: We offer a local delivery service for addresses within a 3-kilometer radius of our pharmacy location.
Provincial Shipping: We can ship medications across British Columbia, subject to the following conditions:
The order must contain three or more prescription items.
Medications requiring temperature control or special handling are not eligible for shipping and are available for in-store pickup only.
Shipping is subject to additional terms and potential fees. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier issues, incorrect address provided).
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Prices may change without notice. We accept Credit, Debit, and Cash. We also offer direct billing to most major insurance plans, subject to the terms and coverage of your policy.
In accordance with provincial pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have left the pharmacy, except in the case of a dispensing error.
For non-prescription items, a 30-day return policy is available provided the original receipt is presented and the item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
Your privacy is critical to us. We collect, use, and disclose your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and all applicable privacy laws in British Columbia. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
